Quinn Supports Barclays Ventures on Strategic Team Group Investment
The Quinn Partnership, leading management due diligence providers has advised Barclays Ventures on their backing of Strategic Team Group as part of a £11 million deal.
Based in Castleford and employing 165 members of staff, Strategic Team Group provide refurbishment, maintenance and new build property services to public and private sector customers. The deal sees founding shareholders; Managing Director, Andy Watson, Business Development Director, Charles Tweed and Operations Director, Gary Taylor selling a significant minority stake to Barclays Ventures and a share pool being made available to incentivise key senior employees.
