Endless is an independent private equity house, established in December 2005 with an initialfund of £135million. In February 2008 Endless closed their second, institutional fund with total commitments of £164million from a handpicked number of international partners.
Their key focus continues to be making debt and equity investments in turnaround situations, in addition to supporting buy-outs where appropriate opportunities arise. Endless are not sector specific and aim to invest between £1million and £25million per transaction.
