Quinn Advises on the Right Formula for LDC
The Quinn Partnership has advised LDC Leeds Office on their investment in Quantum Specials, one of the UK’s largest suppliers of tailor-made medicines to the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Based in Burnopfield, County Durham the business produces “specials”- bespoke drug formulations which are not readily available from drug manufacturers. They supply wholesalers, pharmacies, chemists, dispensing doctors, hospitals and veterinary surgeries across the UK.
Paul Quinn led the Management Due Diligence for The Quinn Partnership and commented, “This was an extensive piece of work which saw us meet with eleven of the incumbent management team and the newly appointed Chairman Steve Stocks.
