THE Quinn Partnership has been involved in another of Lloyds Development Capital’s (LDC) high profile deals.
The team from The Quinn Partnership have advised on the management buy out of Penn Pharmaceutical Services, the UK’s leading provider of fully integrated pharmaceutical outsourcing services. Based in Tredegar, South Wales, Penn Pharmaceuticals employs over 175 workers with extensive experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
Leading the management due diligence from The Quinn Partnership was Paul Quinn who said of the team, “LDC have backed a well prepared and well equipped team who will drive the business forward. They have the necessary skills and market know how to make this a very successful venture.”
