Quinn sees the wood for the trees with LDC's Forrest acquisition
The Quinn Partnership Management Consultants Limited have advised LDC on another of their acquisitions. H T Forrest, a Preston based business offering refurbishment and regeneration of social housing within the private and public sector, has been acquired by LDC.
Working within the North West, H T Forrest was founded in 1955 as a small joinery firm and has grown to now refurbishing in excess of 11000 homes per annum.
This is the third social housing project which The Quinn Partnership have advised on, previously working with LDC on their acquisition of Apollo and working with Gresham on their deal with Jackson Lloyd.
Leading the management due diligence from The Quinn Partnership was Paul Quinn and he commented, “This is a team with an excellent reputation within the social housing sector, the company has seen continuous growth and has extensive experience in major home improvements. This should bode well for the next phase of development.”
