Dunedin guided by Quinn in £16 million aviation deal
The Quinn Partnership has advised Dunedin Capital Partners on its £16 million management buyout of Fernau Avionics. The business has been acquired from previous Canadian owners, Glendale International.
Fernau, which is based in Luton and employs 70 people, is involved in the design and manufacture of navigational aids to the civil and military aviation markets in the UK, Europe, North America and the Far East.
Paul Quinn, Mike Stiles and Andrew Brown led the work with the management team, Andrew commented, “The Fernau team is driven to ensure a successful working relationship with Dunedin and to meet the demands of this investment in the new era."
