RJD Partners advised by Quinn in £50 million fundraising transaction
Leading management due diligence specialists The Quinn Partnership, has advised RJD Partners in their fundraising transaction worth £50 million for the purchase of specialist fleet outsourcing business, Translinc.
Translinc, with a fleet of over 3000 vehicles, operate within two distinct markets, offering specialist vehicles on a contract hire basis to local authorities and also providing specialist transport services for passengers with special needs.
