Quinn advise LDC on MBO of Direct Group
Management Due Diligence specialists The Quinn Partnership has advised LDC on the recent £40 million management buy out of Direct Group, a provider of business process outsourcing services to the insurance sector.
Direct Group, based in Doncaster and Halifax, work to develop tailored insurance products for insurers and corporate partners and are involved in policy administration and fulfilment, commission management, premium collections, claims handling and performance reporting.
