Specialist Management Due Diligence providers The Quinn Partnership has advised LDC on their investment in the leading producer and distributor of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the UK, Intercontinental Brands Ltd (ICB).
Founded in 1990, ICB has been successfully run by the 2 founding Shareholders for 17 years building up an impressive and well established client base. Based in the North East of England and employing 115 members of staff, ICB now have over 260 products in their range.
