Quinn supports ECI in Acquisition of Kelvin Hughes
The Quinn Partnership, the UK’s leading management due diligence providers, has advised ECI Partners LLP on one of their high profile deals.
ECI have acquired Kelvin Hughes, a supplier of navigational products and services to the naval and commercial marine sector, from UK listed technology company Smiths Group in a deal worth £52 million.
With head offices in Ilford, Kelvin Hughes has been at the forefront of marine technology for over 250 years and today provides products to over 30 navies world wide.
