Quinn Advises Dunedin on £9 Million Investment
The Quinn Partnership, the UK’s leading management due diligence provider, has advised Dunedin Capital Partners on their recent £9 million investment in the Formula 1 and prototyping experts, Formaplex.
Established in 2001 and now employing over 40 people, the Havant based Formaplex has found a niche within the specialist engineering sector, designing and manufacturing prototype tooling and components for customers including all Formula 1 teams and also other automotive, aerospace, marine, telecoms, white goods and medical sectors.
