Quinn Advises LDC on JCC Management Buyout

The Quinn Partnership, the UK’s leading provider of Management Due diligence has advised LDC’s London office on their Management Buyout of Sussex based JJC Lighting (JCC).

Established in 1989, JCC designs, sources, imports, warehouses and wholesales over 170 different commercial and domestic lighting products from the head office in Bognor Regis and throughout offices in the UK, Dubai, Hong Kong and China.

LDC have invested less than £10 million for a majority equity stake in the business with plans to grow the business overseas over the coming 5 years.
