The Quinn Partnership, specialist management due diligence providers to the Private Equity and Investment markets have advised LDC’s Manchester office on their investment in Kidsunlimited, the Cheshire based operator of children’s day nursery facilities.
Operating predominantly within 4 geographical areas, the North West, London, Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire, Kidsunlimited is the fifth largest provider of day nursery childcare with 50 nurseries catering for children aged between 3 months and 5 years.
