Quinn notches up £1 billon
MANAGEMENT Due Diligence specialist, The Quinn Partnership, has reached a major milestone within its first financial year.
The consultancy has advised upon over 90 deals exceeding a deal value of more than £1 billion. Established in 2005, The Quinn Partnership is the UK’s leading dedicated Management Due Diligence specialist, in the private equity and investment market and was founded by Paul Quinn and Mike Stiles.
The Quinn Partnership is headquartered in Manchester but has expanded its presence in the South by opening a London office. Both partners are delighted with the consultancy’s success and are looking forward to further expansion.

We have developed strong working relationships with private equity houses and banks and have been working in the sector for a considerable period so we know exactly what investors are wanting to achieve.

In just over 18 months The Quinn Partnership has worked with some of the biggest names in the corporate finance market on some high profile investments such as St Tropez, National Accident Helpline and ANC.
The Quinn Partnership’s clients include Lloyds Development Capital, NM Rothschild and Sons Ltd, Barclays Leveraged Finance, Singer and Friedlander, Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance, Matrix, ECI Partners, Dunedin, YFM Group, 3i, Gresham LLP, Inflexion, HG Capital and PI Capital.
Mike Stiles believes that the next six months will be exciting for The Quinn Partnership.
