Quinn Supports RJD on Stone Group Management Buy Out
The Quinn Partnership Management Consultants Limited, have supported RJD Partners by providing management due diligence on the recent MBO of Stone Group, a provider of IT services to the public sector, in a deal valued at £28 million.
Staffordshire based Stone Group is a leading computer manufacturer and hardware reseller to Public Sector organisations, specialising in schools, further and higher education but also including Local Government and Emergency Services.
