Quinn Advises ECI on £45.5 Million Acquisition

Leading Management Due Diligence providers, The Quinn Partnership have advised ECI on their investment in i-level Group (ilG) in a deal valued at £45.5 million. ECI will become majority shareholders taking a 60% stake in the business.

Founded in 1999, ilG is a holding company for 3 divisions; i-level Ltd, GeneratorConsultingLtd and Premier Affiliate Network. With the head office in London ilG provides a wide range of digital media solutions through it’s 3 companies including, planning and buying digital media for a wide range of blue chip clients, providing a specialist digital management consultancy throughout the UK and acting as an independent network service provider
