The Quinn Partnership, the UK’s leading provider of Management Due Diligence services to the Private Equity and investment market, has strengthened its Project Team with the recruitment of Samantha Kenny as Senior Project Co-ordinator.

Sam joins at a time when The Quinn Partnership has been voted UK Management Due Diligence Advisor of the Year - 2009 by the readers of ACQ Finance Magazine and as the firm announces its involvement in some of the UK’s recent higher profile private equity deals which include:

ANSA - market leading providers of claims validation, management and fulfillment services

Wealth at Work - Liverpool-based workplace financial education and benefits firm from JPMorgan

Key Capital Partners’ investment in TSC foods, a leading manufacturer of soups and sauces to a number of high-profile restaurant and pub chains

Zeus Private Equity’s investment in Air Energi Group, the international recruitment business specialising in the oil and gas industry

More transactions are currently progressing and details will be announced shortly providing they complete.

In addition, the firm has significantly grown its client base more broadly, working as a strategic advisor with a number of firms backed by Private Equity houses.

Sam previously worked at Tiffany in London and joins from Regus where she was an administration and service coordinator working with a broad range of businesses and management teams.
