Andy Sharples
Andy is a senior executive with a professional background in sales and finance. He is a Chartered Accountant, qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has a Law degree. He recently left IBM with over 20 years experience in executive leadership, strategic execution, structured sales models, key account management, complex deal leadership, finance and outsourcing.
He has held a number of leadership and sales management roles both within the UK and internationally, latterly as Director of Financial Services for IBM UK where he led the successful transformation of a $200m business over a 3 year period. As a certified IBM Master Deal Maker, he has also acted as deal leader for some of IBM’s largest business process outsourcing projects e.g. Unilever, and has a wealth of experience in leadership and management development.
