Darryl Cooke - Non Executive Director
Darryl is Partner and Head of the Manchester Corporate team at Hill Dickinson Law Firm, representing private equity institutions and major corporate clients on management buyouts, IBOs, mergers and acquisitions, and advises on directors’ duties. He acts as lead counsel to many major corporations.
He joined Hill Dickinson in November 2007 from the Manchester office of law firm DLA Piper, where he was Head of Private Equity for Europe, Middle East and Asia. Prior to this, he created the renowned private equity team at Addleshaw Goddard.
Darryl has been named in Chambers Global as one of the leading corporate lawyers and has the strongest network of any corporate lawyer in the North West.
Darryl contributes to a number of industry publication and is also the author of three books on corporate law, one of which is ‘Private Equity Law and Practice’, is now a classic text in the sector.
