Emma Watson - Associate
Emma is an Associate Consultant of The Quinn Partnership. She began her career working for HM Prison Service where she worked in Psychological Services. In 1997 she joined a firm providing both Executive Research and Assessment Services for executive search firms, private equity and corporate clients. During her 8 years with the business, Emma delivered management due diligence on behalf of Private Equity clients, in addition to managing the Consumer Business Unit in executive search.
In 2005 Emma joined an international search firm in London in executive search, however she maintained close links with the Assessment Business Unit and supported in management assessments on behalf of corporate clients. She then moved to a boutique search firm as Head of Research before beginning a broader Associate career.
Emma is a graduate of Psychology from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
