Having engaged The Quinn Partnership to provide Management Due Diligence services, Beechbrook Capital has supported the management team of architectural design experts Corstorphine + Wright (‘C+W’) to complete a shareholder realignment. The investment by Beechbrook will allow the second-tier management team to participate in and benefit from the future growth of the company.

Founded in 1978, C+W is an architectural design practice with offices in 10 UK cities. Led by the senior management team of Paul Turner, Jeff Downes and Michael Lampard, C+W has established a scalable business model of strong organic growth supplemented by investing in and nurturing small two-to-three partner practices to gain specialist sector knowledge and regional coverage across the UK.
