Quinn advises on a flurry of Winter Deals
The Quinn Partnership, the UK’s leading provider of Management Due Diligence, is delighted to have advised NorthEdge Capital, YFM Equity Partners & Inflexion on a number of impressive new transactions over a busy winter period at the end of 2015.
The deals round off a successful year for the Altrincham based business which has seen significant growth in new investment activity over the last three quarters of 2015. Investment appetite grew significantly post the General Election.
The team works closely with NorthEdge Capital supporting its investments in Arthouse, a home decoration supplier and TKC the specialist distributor of kitchen and bedroom doors.
The business also played an important role advising YFM’s investment in Nottingham based KeTech, a provider of rail communication systems and security products.
With a strong investment and exit record for 2015, Inflexion continued to play an active support to UK businesses with Quinn supporting on two recent corporate carve-out deals – GfK an animal and crop health data business and RSA’s industry renowned engineering inspection and consultancy arm.
Paul Quinn, Director at The Quinn Partnership commented: ‘2015 was a tremendous year for investment activity once the General Election moved off the calendar. Activity picked up pace with numerous PE clients, but also our support for M&A grew significantly where clients made sizable acquisitions and focused upon integrating teams into restructured organisations. Whilst this may well steady itself in 2016, early signs are that we will enter our 12th year as The Quinn Partnership as busy as we’ve ever been.’
