The UK’s leading provider of Management Due Diligence services to the Private Equity market is celebrating its 10th anniversary in some style.

The Altrincham based team have just finished work on a seventh deal of the third quarter of the year with the completion of NVM’s investments in Entertainment Magpie and Love Energy Savings.

‘It’s been the busiest Summer we’ve had for a while.’ said Director and co-founder Paul Quinn. ‘But it has been a busy time all round over the past 12 months.’

Their work with Inflexion Private Equity has called upon the team’s established expertise in a range of deal sectors and their investment in Wilmslow based Mobica is the latest in a long list of assignments with the award winning Private Equity house. Successful exits by Inflexion from On The Beach, Ideal Shopping, SMD, Sanne, Rhead, FDM, pilot training business CTC were investments which were all initially made with the help of Quinn.

An active investment approach by NorthEdge Capital, including their recent investment in Total Fitness, has added to Quinn’s busy year and Palatine’s investments in Characterworld, Gusto, Icelolly, John Charcol and Towergate Financial underpin a growing investor client base.

Bridgepoint are the latest investor to value Quinn’s insight with recent investments in MVF and Tastecard together with a number of projects for London based Growth Capital Partners.

Paul Quinn, who co-founded the business in 2005 with Mike Stiles, commented: ‘We’ve had a great year so far helping our clients and their new deals. Unfortunately we can’t go public on all of the projects we work on so there’s even more success behind the headlines.
