The UK’s leading provider of Management Due Diligence, The Quinn Partnership, is pleased to congratulate NorthEdge Capital as it receives three prestigious awards in the space of a week.

The firm was the only private equity house to take home two awards at the Unquote British Private Equity Awards 2016, claiming the Fundraising of the Year category for its Fund II, while Investment Director Phil Frame was crowned Rising Star of the Year.

In the same week, NorthEdge was also commended for its Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) practices, winning ESG Engagement with Portfolio Companies at the BVCA Responsible Investment Awards. The firm’s in-house and bespoke ESG monitoring tool, applied across its portfolio, was cited by the judges.

NorthEdge has enjoyed an exceptional 12 months, closing its second Fund at a hard cap of £300m in March 2016 after just four months, as well as completing seven new deals totalling £100m and realising two substantial exits.
