Quinn advise Inflexion on Management Due Diligence as firm invests in corporate insurance broker, DR&P Group
With The Quinn Partnership advising on Management Due Diligence for the transaction, Inflexion Private Equity has announced that it has made an investment into DR&P Group Limited (DR&P), a corporate insurance broker, based in the North of England. The investment is being made by Inflexion Enterprise Fund V, Inflexion’s lower mid-market fund.
DR&P provides insurance products to a broad customer base across a range of end markets, with a focus on providing a tailored service to equip its clients with the best advice and competitive costings. The business was established in 1977 and has an enviable reputation, enjoying excellent relationships with blue-chip insurers across the UK.
Inflexion is well positioned to help DR&P realise its continued growth plans due to its deep sector experience, with numerous investments in several insurance businesses. Inflexion is backing the incumbent management team to continue to build on their differentiated service-led proposition and will support the business in its alternative market strategy.
